A Little Lilly, a Little Trendy

I’m so happy to be back with my first style post of the year! I know, it’s been long overdue, but I’ve been waiting patiently for the weather to warm up a little so I can take pictures outside. I have a bunch of cute style posts planned, and I can’t wait to share them all with you and finally get back into creating fashion content!

When most people go to style their Lilly, the first thing they think of typically isn’t a Lilly top with mom jeans. I like to mix up my Lilly a lot, and style it in some nontraditional ways. If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably know that my go-to outfits are Lilly shorts or pants and a cute, trendy white shirt. Well today, I decided to mix it up a little.

I had been wanting to jump on the mom jeans trend for a little bit. After trying on a bunch of styles from a bunch of different stores, I finally settled on this distressed light wash from Hollister. I had also been wanting so style this super comfy Lilly long sleeve (that is quite a few years old) with something more than plain jeggings, and once I got these jeans, I automatically envisioned this outfit. To complete this look, I paired it with a Lilly Pulitzer layered necklace, a pair of Kate Spade gumdrop earrings, and my pink Gazelle Adidas. This outfit was so comfortable and fun to wear, and I plan on adjusting it a little once we finally get to spring!
