One week ago, Disney released Disney+ to the public, and I can say for sure I am absolutely in love. With hundreds of movies and T.V. series, almost anything you could be looking for in the realm of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, NatGeo, and some 20th Century Fox (like, every episode of the Simpsons). Despite some technical hiccups the first few days, Disney+ became an immediate hit.
Personally, I’ve watched a lot of Disney+ in the past week, especially since quite a few of my college friends also have the service and we’ve been having mini-watch parties during our campus free time. There’s so much to watch, and my watch list keeps growing longer and longer by the day. So far I’ve watched the Imagineering Story, Forky Asks a Question, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Zootopia, Big Hero 6, a few episodes of Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, Steamboat Willie, and a few other Disney and Pixar shorts.
So far, my favorite show is definitely the Imagineering Story. As many know, I am absolutely in love with Disney parks, and being able to learn more about them from the inside is absolutely fascinating to me. I’ve watched both episodes so far, and I’m always totally engaged while watching it. Although I already knew some of the information presented in the show, I learned so much in just two episodes.
I totally recommend Disney+ to any Disney fan, or really any streaming fan. I absolutely love the service so far, and the originals on the service are truly the cherry on top of the cake. I can absolutely say that I’ll be taking full advantage of the service in the coming months (and years).
See ya real soon,
