Lilly Pulitzer Try-On’s: April 2019

I have been really happy with a lot of the recent Lilly Pulitzer releases! Even though I took a bit of a hiatus during the fall and winter, the Spring and Summer collections are always my favorite. In the most recent release, a bunch of dresses were released, many of them being on the more formal end of the spectrum. Knowing that I have many special occasions coming up in May and June, I decided to pop-in and take a look.

Romee Wrap Dress

I thought this dress was so pretty on the hanger, and I thought it was so cute and perfect for summertime! When I put it on, I didn’t like it as much, and felt like it didn’t sit that well on me, so I put it back.

Iva Midi Dress

To be completely honest, I didn’t like this dress on the hanger. I saw it looked really nice on a few Lilly friends who had tried it on before me, so I figured I would give it a shot. Once I put it on, I fell in love! I felt like it was a Lilly dress for a Disney princess, and it is definitely towards the top of my wishlist!

Calla Off-The-Shoulder Romper

I love rompers, and this one is no different! The sleeves were so fun, and the material was super comfy! I’d love to get this romper, but maybe in a different print, but I did love this print as well.

Lana Skort Romper

I thought this skort romper was so cute and so comfy! I just personally didn’t like the colors on myself, so it’s one that I decided to pass on.

Tessa Seersucker Dress

I was ready to walk out of the store with this dress, but they had run out of the gift with purchase, so I decided to wait until the next GWP (gotta ship smart!). I loved how flattering the fit of this dress was, and the fact that the straps were adjustable and it had pockets! Plus, I’ve been looking for the perfect seersucker dress for a while now. I can almost guarantee that I will buy this dress, and soon.

Bonus Content!

The mall I went to happened to have a Pottery Barn Kids, and if you know me, you know I had to stop in and see if they had the Lilly Pulitzer collection. Sure enough, they did, and I got the opportunity to look around and even get a cute picture with the display. I fell in love with the On Parade sheets, but they were pretty expensive and not included with the 25% off sale, so I decided to wait on them.

See ya real soon,
